The Company has implemented a Whistleblowing system in accordance with Legislative Decree 24/2023, allowing for the reporting of unlawful acts, irregularities, or unethical behavior, including anonymously.
The Company has established a procedure for managing reports, aimed at informing potential subjects of the report.
The priority reporting channel is by registered A/R letter to be addressed to the registered office of the company and confidential to the reporting manager (SB), or orally by meeting directly with the HR Office Manager.
